With the New Year starting out I created a set of 12 Monthly Word Tags to use on your Project 365, Year in Review or whatever. Speaking of new projects I joined a class over at Digital Scrapper (formerly Scrappers Guide) to do a class called My Story. Brilliant. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Holiday season! My holiday was spent re-arranging my office, ferrying kids to and fro, hosting a Gingerbread House decorating party etc. In general it was very nice and quiet - until I started up my computer after I moved it in the new office set up! It seems that the "funny noise" I told my hubby about was the power pack. So as I write this to you from my husband's laptop I am looking at the dead husk of my old computer sitting there lifeless and in pieces on the ground. (sigh)

Needless to say until I am able to get a new power pack installed there will be no new items from me in the stores or any freebies.

I was supposed to be clearing the clutter from the computer this month and taking it easy and it looks like I will be taking it easy for sure! As soon as I get my computer up and running again you can be on the the lookout for new freebies etc...

Hey everyone I wanted to let you know about a fabulous site I just found called Texas Chicks Blogs and Pics. This lady has put together one heck of a site for photographers and Photoshop users (elements, lightroom, MAC, PC) I was trying to add ATN files to my PSE9 (on a new computer) but couldn't figure out how to transfer them from my old computer and PSE7 to the new one. Her advice was really clear, concise and best of all - USEFUL!

I encourage you to check her site out! She has lots of tips, tutorials, classes, freebies - something for everyone!

Mad Dash Monday SUMMER HOLIDAY

Well everyone as the school year ends I am finding myself completely burned out! Both design and homeschool wise! I have to finish recording grades and take some time to refresh my brain. I have some family coming to visit and will be enjoying their company for a few weeks instead of staring at my computer!

So I am taking a short break from designing until the end of July. That means there won't be another MDMS for about a month. I'm sorry to disappoint but I hope you will understand.

So be sure to check back in late July and who knows maybe I'll find some time to do a bit of designing in the meantime!
